One dog/cat is OK as long as breed approved by insurance, under 30lb and not a Barker, digger, destructive or noisemaker. Some of us work nite shift and require a noise free daytime environment. This place is our sanctuary, is extremely quiet and peaceful, and we seek an individual who preferably works away from the home, is exceptionally clean, fiscally responsible. and appreciates a nature-filled quiet environment. Our 10+acre property location is safe, resort like, gated, with plenty of zones to relax, play, read meditate and stroll thru-out. This unit is furnished, utilities paid Wi-Fi available (however Tenant supplies their own streaming account and booster or 5g box if needed)- our hm wi-fi seems to reach just fine.; washer and dryer on site; uncovered parking available (no EV outlet).
