MALE COMMUTER ROOMMATE WANTED. A commuter is one who works in the area and commutes back to their permanent residence on teh weekends. I am renting a fully furnished basement that is very light and airy located in a top-of-the line townhouse. The areas are completely carpeted and has a queen-size bed, night stands, dresser, lamps, 2 huge clothes wardrobes, bistro table with two chairs, and a mini refrigerator.. There is a full bathroom - tub, shower, sink. sheets, comforter and pillows are provided. There is a mini refrigerator. There is a has a fireplace, along with its own fenced in patio area that has a patio set and umbrella accessible by a sliding glass door down in the basement for your own exclusive use. It is not one of those dingy, damp and cold basement. The room is very light (natural light). It is very private and comfortable The basement is very, very private and somewhat stand alone as you have to go down about 20 plus steps. It has 4 nice size windows. All you have to do is bring your clothes. There is plenty of parking. This is a month-to-month rental. You will have full use of the kitchen, upstairs deck, washer, dryer and other community areas. The rent is $875.00. There is a $200.00 security deposit. This is a bed and breakfast style rental minus breakfast. The location is 27 miles from Washington, DC and 17 miles from the Pentagon. Interstate 95 is two minutes away and Route 1 is 1 minute away. Quantico Marine Base is 8 miles away and Fort Belvoir is 13 miles away. Woodbridge has a great commuting infrastructure to DC. There is the VRE train service about a mile away with direct service to Franconia-Springfield Metro, King Street Metro in Alexandria and L'Enfant Plaza and Union Stations in DC. There is also slugging a free ride to DC, the Pentagon, or Crystal City because the driver needs three passenger in order to ride the HOV lanes. Drivers pick up and drop off at Potomac Mills and Horner Road where there is free parking for your vehicle, which is about three miles from the townhouse. This is a rental for one person. NO COUPLES, no KIDS, no pets, and no smoking. Ideally, I am looking for someone who is CLEAN especially in their living area (cleans the bathroom regularly, makes the bed, sweep/vacuum) and kees the community areas clean, etc. RESPONSIBLE: able to pay the rent on time. The town home is top of the line and elegantly furnished so I am looking for someone who can appreciate a high caliber residence. The town home has granite counter tops, wood floors, stainless steel appliances so please be able to appreciate a "quality" lifestyle. The neighborhood is friendly and conveniently located, minutes away from various shopping areas - Wegman's (upscale grocery store where you can purchase wine & beer to consume while you eat), Zoe's Kitchen, Uncle Julio's, and coming in the fall of 2012 Travinia Italian Kitchen, Coldwater Creek, Chico's, PF Changs, Firebirds, Charming Charlie, Toby Keith's I Love This Bar.
