Only 5 minutes from PNSY, this quaint, cozy cottage has a private bedroom (double-sized bed), living room, very small bathroom, kitchenette with essentials for light meals, breakfast table, and a back porch for naps or extra guest. The backyard is all nature and very private whereas the front is a busy summer road with views of Pepperrell Cove across the street. This would be a good spot for a single person although couples would be equally comfortable. And please note: the cottage has small rooms and low ceilings—tall and large humans may not appreciate this feature! Also, parking is limited to 2 cars and max 16-foot length because there is a sidewalk that can't be blocked.
