We collect two types of data through this site: Personal and Non-Personal.

- Personal Data means personally identifiable data such as information you provide via forms, surveys, applications, AHRN Account registration or other online fields including name, postal or email addresses, telephone, fax or mobile numbers, or account numbers.
- Non-Personal Data
- We also collect Non-Personal data which is about you, but does not individually identify you. Non-Personal Data includes, but is not limited to: your IP address, referral data, the web pages you view while visiting our site and your interactions with those pages.
We collect this data directly from you when you provide it to us, and automatically as you navigate through the site. Data collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and data collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies.
How we use your DataWe may use data that we collect about you, or that you provide to us, including any personal data:

We do not control third parties' collection or use of your data to serve interest-based advertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your data collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on the NAI's website.
Nevada residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A may submit a request to this designated address: 833-686-2040. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute's opt-out requirements.
We may be required to disclose certain personal data resulting from a properly served request from a federal or state law enforcement or other governmental agency as a result of a subpoena, court order, in order to exercise our legal rights, to protect our company or employees from threats or fraud, to protect us from legal claims, or as otherwise required by law. We may raise or waive any legal rights available to us. This data may also be disclosed in the event of a merger or sale of the company, an asset sale, or the unlikely event of bankruptcy.
