We’re located one block from Ocean Springs Front Beach, under the shade of an ancient live oak at 1015 Lafontaine Street. Unit A and Keesler Air Force Base is 6.8 miles away, usually about a 15-minute drive. The old neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The beach is a one-minute walk. Go downtown to Government Street just five blocks away, you’ll find the historic arts district, museums, fine dining, galleries, great shopping as well as a rhythmic and exciting nightlife and music scene. Apartment B is nonsmoking, 650 square feet with one bed and one bath. There’s a flat screen in the cozy den and room for two in the dining area. The apartment is newly remolded and super comfortable. Among the amenities are Wi-Fi, off-street parking and use of a bicycle and fishing gear. We want you to enjoy the sights and sounds of O.S. just like a local. On the queen size pillow top bed, you’ll easily drift to sleep under the swirling ceiling fan. Meals and cooking are a pleasure in the full-size kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances. The newly tiled bathroom has a full-size tub if you need a long hot soak plus a shower if time is short. As your host, we promise to provide you with all the essentials for a wonderful experience. Noise Noise shouldn’t be an issue because we have a noise Ordinance known as Ocean Springs Noise Ordinance 2012-04. It is posted below as an addendum to the House Rules and Regulations. We offer our thanks to you in advance. Occupancy Guest per unit is as follows. All single bedroom units, 3 (THREE) total on the property, may enjoy up to 2 (TWO) guest for each one bedroom unit and up to 4 (FOUR) guest in our 2 bedroom unit, of which we have just 1 (One). Parking All single bedroom units, we have 3 (THREE) on the property, may enjoy access to 2 (TWO) parking spaces and 2 (TWO) vehicles on site. We are not able to accommodate trailers on the property. Trash Guest are responsible to bring the trash from the unit to the trash can assigned to your unit. And next to bring that trash can to the street for collection of the day of pickup. Smoking Smoking legal products is allowed but ONLY OUTSIDE the unit, we ask that our guest keep our grounds clean, strip smoked cigarettes and place filters in the trash.
