The bathroom boasts a soaking tub, large vanity with drawers and a storage shelf. Towels are provided. The full kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, self-cleaning electric stove with glass top cooking surface, microwave, teak countertop, tile back splash, and lots of storage. The kitchen includes pots and pans, baking pans, flatware, plates, dishes, cups, glassware, cooking utensils, toaster, coffeemaker, cutting boards, knife block, mixing bowls, oven pads, and dish towels. The apartment has a small writing desk and chair for your convenience. Private patio with table and chairs. There is one (old) small dog that use the back yard and may visit your patio on occasion! One cat may be allowed, please contact me to discuss options. There is also a non-refundable $150 cleaning fee.
