The Snowline Lodge features a game room downstairs with a ping pong table, pool table, air hockey and fitness equipment. It has a great lounge area with free internet and TV. There is a free laundry facility. Condos are within walking distance to Chair 9 Restaurant and Lounge, a premier ski hangout and family dining destination. The Snowline Lodge is located at the edge of the Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities. Conveniently located just 2-hours north of Seattle, WA and 1.5-hours south of Vancouver, B.C. RATES for Condo #09: Mt Baker Lodging offers nightly pricing which can be extended to weekly and monthly rates. Utilities are included for all reservations. Reservations are subject to local taxes and fees depending on the length of stay. In addition, there is a non-refundable exit cleaning fee of $65. Nightly Pricing Structure • Regular Season - $99 per night • USA Holidays and Legendary Banked Slalom (1st Week in February) - $119 per night • Christmas (Dec 15th thru 25th) - $129 per night • New Years (Dec 26th thru at least Jan 1st) - $149 per night Weekly range: $693 - $1,043 Monthly range: $2,772 - $4172 Nightly Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due date.
