Once inside the generous living room, you’ll discover a small bistro table and chairs, a small dining table, and chairs, a queen-sized hide-a-bed, and a wood fireplace insert (firewood not provided) surrounded by a beautifully handcrafted hearth, mantle, and floor-to-ceiling shelving unit with a flat-screen monitor. Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River, which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts, and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI, a pool table, a ping pong table, and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas, a children’s play structure, and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old-growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities. RATES Condo #90: Mt Baker Lodging offers nightly pricing which can be extended to weekly and monthly rates. Utilities are included for all reservations. Reservations are subject to local taxes and fees depending on the length of stay. In addition, there is a non-refundable exit cleaning fee of $100. Nightly Pricing Structure • Regular Season - $179 per night • USA Holidays and Legendary Banked Slalom (1st Week in February) $199 per night • Christmas (Dec 15th thru 25th) - $239 per night • New Years (Dec 26th thru at least Jan 1st) – $299 per night Weekly range: $1,253 - $2,093 Monthly range: $5,012 - $8,372 Nightly Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to the scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to their credit card on the scheduled due date.
