I'm looking for a laid-back roommate that is clean, non-smoker and responsible. You would be renting the second bedroom/bathroom as well as your own office and the second spot in the garage.....all for $1600 per month. That's right, you would technically get 2 rooms plus a bathroom and a garage spot. You honestly can't beat that nowadays for this price. Other than your spaces, the rest of the condo is furnished. The gated community amenities include pools, jacuzzi, gym, dog park, basketball/tennis courts. Please let me know if you're interested as I'll be showing it this week.
