The second floor features a loft bedroom with 1-queen sized bed. This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). PERSONS WITH PHYSICAL CHALLENGES AND/OR CHILDREN PLEASE NOTE: The loft sleeping area is accessed by a stationary ladder. The Snowline Lodge features a game room downstairs with a ping pong table, pool table and air hockey. It has a great lounge area with free internet and tv. There is a free laundry facility and shared WIFI. Condos are within walking distance to Chair 9 Restaurant and Lounge, a premier ski hangout and family dining destination. The Snowline Lodge is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities. PLEASE NOTE: WIFI service is now available to our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly. RATES for Condo #94: Mt Baker Lodging offers nightly pricing which can be extended to weekly and monthly rates. Utilities are included for all reservations. Reservations are subject to local taxes and fees depending on the length of stay. In addition, there is a non-refundable exit cleaning fee of $80. Nightly Pricing Structure • Regular Season - $149 per night • USA Holidays and Legendary Banked Slalom (1st Week in February) - $179 per night • Christmas (Dec 15th thru 25th) - $209 per night • New Years (Dec 26th thru at least Jan 1st) - $259 per night Weekly range: $1,043 - $1,813 Monthly range: $4,172 – 7,252 Nightly Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due date.
