Snowline Lodge - Condo #56 - Sleeps 4 - Close to the Mt. Baker! Now has WIFI! This 2-story loft condominium is tastefully done, yet budget priced. The 1st floor features a kitchenette, 1-full bath, an open living/dining area with a freestanding gas fireplace, a DVD/monitor and sliding glass doors leading to a private balcony. The upstairs loft features two trundle beds that will collectively sleep up to 4 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). The Snowline Lodge features a game room downstairs with a ping pong table, pool table and air hockey. It has a great lounge area with free internet and TV. There is a free laundry facility and a fitness center. Condos are within walking distance to Chair 9 Restaurant and Lounge, a premier ski hangout and family dining destination. The Snowline Lodge is located at the edge of the Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities. PLEASE NOTE: WIFI service is now available to our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly. RATES for Condo #56: Mt Baker Lodging offers nightly pricing which can be extended to weekly and monthly rates. Utilities are included for all reservations. Reservations are subject to local taxes and fees depending on the length of stay. In addition, there is a non-refundable exit cleaning fee of $80. Nightly Pricing Structure • Regular Season - $129 per night • USA Holidays and Legendary Banked Slalom (1st Week in February) - $139 per night • Christmas (Dec 15th thru 25th) - $149 per night • New Years (Dec 26th thru at least Jan 1st) - $189 per night Weekly range: $903 - $1,323 Monthly range: $3,612 - $5,292 Nightly Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due date.
