A Perfect Family Getaway! Your family will have a very enjoyable experience while staying in this 2-story, 2-bedroom, 1 and half-bath townhouse style condominium. The main floor features an open living/dining area with vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, (firewood not provided) a hide-a-bed sofa, and large windows with an easterly exposure offering great territorial mountain views, plus there is a nice walkout balcony for enjoying your favorite morning and evening beverages. A fully equipped galley style kitchen with a pass-through flank the living/dining area, and one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a flat screen monitor, and a half bath ensuite complete the main floor. Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a loft bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and a flat screen monitor, 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. This tastefully furnished, WIFI equipped, and monitored family vacation property will sleep 4 to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas as well as a children's play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities. PLEASE NOTE: WIFI service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly. RATES for Condo #73: Mt Baker Lodging offers nightly pricing which can be extended to weekly and monthly rates. Utilities are included for all reservations. Reservations are subject to local taxes and fees depending on the length of stay. In addition, there is a non-refundable exit cleaning fee of $125. Nightly Pricing Structure • Regular Season - $209 per night • USA Holidays and Legendary Banked Slalom (1st Week in February) - $229 per night • Christmas (Dec 15th thru 25th) - $259 per night • New Years (Dec 26th thru at least Jan 1st) - $329 per night Weekly range: $1,463 - $2,303 Monthly range: $5,852 - $9,212 Nightly Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due date.
