A Great Family Condo with a Cabin Feel! Your family will have a great time in this 2-story, 2-bedroom, 1 & 3/4-bath townhouse style condo. The main floor features a galley style kitchen, an ample size living/dining area equipped with a hide-a-bed, a LOPI fireplace surrounded by a brick enclosure (firewood NOT provided), a walk-out balcony where you can hear the Nooksack River running by, plus one bedroom with two twin beds, and a cedar lined 3/4-bath. Ascending the staircase to the top floor brings you to a wood lined loft bedroom reminiscent of a cabin with one queen sized bed, plus a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer, and one full bath. This tastefully decorated and WIFI equipped family vacation property will sleep 4 to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy). Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas as well as a children's play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities. PLEASE NOTE: WIFI service is now available to our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly. RATES for Condo #59: Mt Baker Lodging offers nightly pricing which can be extended to weekly and monthly rates. Utilities are included for all reservations. Reservations are subject to local taxes and fees depending on the length of stay. In addition, there is a non-refundable exit cleaning fee of $125. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due date.
