Looking for a 181+ day rental on the beach in Hawaii? If so this location may fit your needs. It is a small beachfront two bedroom condo on the North Shore town of Waialua, a quaint historic sugar cane town. I have rented it on a long term basis for the past 12-14yrs. Will consider renting it for 5mo up to 12mo at a time, will consider partially furnishing it for right person. So as not to waste your time, up front, no pets/animals allowed and unit will be rented as a no smoking unit. Due to a fire a few years ago(not in my unit), the entire building is non smoking. If you are a smoker u will have to go outside to do so. If those are priorities for you, probably prudent to move on to the next ad but thank you for your interest. Additionally, if your lifestyle include lots of partying and making noise, definitely prudent to look for a rental that is more accepting of that kind of lifestyle.
