About the property
Looking for a 181+ day rental on the beach in Hawaii? If so this location may fit your needs. It is a small beachfront two bedroom condo on the North Shore town of Waialua, a quaint historic sugar cane town. I have rented it on a long term basis for the past 12-14yrs. Will consider renting it for 5mo up to 12mo at a time, will consider partially furnishing it for right person.
So as not to waste your time, up front, no pets/animals allowed and unit will be rented as a no smoking unit. Due to a fire a few years ago(not in my unit), the entire building is non smoking. If you are a smoker u will have to go outside to do so. If those are priorities for you, probably prudent to move on to the next ad but thank you for your interest. Additionally, if your lifestyle include lots of partying and making noise, definitely prudent to look for a rental that is more accepting of that kind of lifestyle. It is a very quiet bldg and a quiet lifestyle is enforced.

The 8ish minute video was produced by some neighbors of mine who sold their unit about 5yrs ago. The first 3.5 mins of the video offer some outstanding drone shots of the building and surrounding area, nice lanai shots 5:00-5:22 and more grounds shots from 6:22-end. The unit being portrayed is about 300SF larger than mine so take that in mind when viewing.
My current renter is departing in mid July, unit will be available for viewing o/a 10 July and move in o/a 1 Aug.
The unit is approx 1000SF, two bedroom, bath and a half. Building amenities includes Jacuzzi, pool, gym, sauna, gated parking (opened by remote control, only one spot for the unit) Secure lobbies/elevators, both require proximity card for entry.
Internet is available via either cable (Spectrum) or 5G. Current renter is using T-Mobile 5G internet, extremely fast compared to cable. Approx 270+Mbps download.
the complex has a EV charging station to keep your EV on the go. Clothes washer/dryer is in unit.
