Nice condominium in a quiet neighborhood and it is only a short distance (about 2 miles) to the Carlisle Barracks, the U.S. Army War College (USAWC) and the Army Heritage Education Center (AHEC). This is an over-55 condominium complex meaning you have to be over 55 to own it (we are) but it can be rented to anyone. That means most folks living in this condominium complex are over 55 and it is a peaceful place. No pets are allowed and, although children can come and visit, and live here for several weeks at a time, no one under the age of 18 is allowed to permanently live here. These are the rules of the condominium association. I did not set them. This is a nice, peaceful complex. There are 2 nice bedrooms, two full bathrooms, plenty of closet space, a sun room, a huge living/family room, a dining room and a nice kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher, trash compactor and a new microwave. The condo is fully furnished and ready to move into. You also have your own laundry room with a nice washer and dryer and there is also a 1-car garage that has direct access to the condo (No more windshield scraping in the winter. No parking fees!). There is a garage door opener for the garage. All maintenance outside is taken care of by the home owners association (no lawn to mow, no snow to shovel, no leaves to rake) and we pay that fee for you. All utilities, except electric, are paid for you. The electric bill is not that expensive as you are insulated by the other condos around you. Oh, and there is a 65-inch big screen TV with a soundbar and subwoofer in the living room and a 42-inch TV in the master bedroom. There is a ROKU unit and smart DVD player with each TV. You will enjoy the convenience of living here while working at the Carlisle Barracks. I, myself worked at the U.S. Army War College for 12 years... and loved it.
