The middle floor is where you can kick up your feet in the cozy coastal living room with a half bath conveniently located between the living space and kitchen area. Lastly, the bottom floor is a 1 car garage with plenty of space for storage and laundry. This condo is a short walk to private beach access, which means no over-crowded beach days! Your backyard (right behind the condo) is a dock where you can fish or even take a swim to "hermit crab island", a small sand bar just off the back dock. You can also catch a water taxi here to take you right over to the Destin Harbor, perfect for days (or nights) you want to grab a couple of drinks. If you have your own boat, a wet boat slip is available for an extra 75 a month. A golf cart is available upon request for an extra 200 dollars a month. Street legal golf cart that you can drive to the beach, lunch, shopping etc. (can be used anywhere in Destin except on highway 98) There is no boat/trailer parking available.
