Features include a master bedroom with 1-king bed and private walk-out balcony, a full bath with a soaker tub, a shower and sauna room, one bedroom with 1-queen bed, another bedroom with 2-sets of bunk beds, another full bath, a fully equipped galley style kitchen, a large dining area, a spacious living area with a wood fireplace and a walk-out porch with peek-a-boo river views. All this, plus great Snowater amenities, at a great price! This vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy). Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas as well as a children's play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities. Please Note: WIFI service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly. RATES for Condo #41: Mt Baker Lodging offers nightly pricing which can be extended to weekly and monthly rates. Utilities are included for all reservations. Reservations are subject to local taxes and fees depending on the length of stay. In addition, there is a non-refundable exit cleaning fee of $150. Nightly Pricing Structure • Regular Season - $249 per night • USA Holidays and Legendary Banked Slalom (1st Week in February) $279 per night • Christmas (Dec 15th thru 25th) - $309 per night • New Years (Dec 26th thru at least Jan 1st) - $379 per night Weekly range: $1,743 - $2,653 Monthly range: $6,972 - $10,612 Nightly Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due date.
