The bar has been extended to make dining at the bar more comfortable. You can also enjoy meals at the glass-top table or on the sofa utilizing the TV trays located in the storage closet located off the balcony. The living room is complete with a brand new sleeper sofa with Serta mattress, accent chairs, storage ottoman, and work station. Built in shelves beneath the TV provide additional storage for personal items. The sofa bed pulls out and retracts in two easy steps and leaves plenty of floor space when pulled out into a bed. Two throw blankets can be found in the storage ottoman, and much space remains for storage of any items you may want to store. Master bedroom features king bed with comfortable, pillowtop mattress. The headboard features outlets and USB charging ports for your convenience. The brand new 4K UHD QLED LCD with Alexa enabled remote makes finding your content simple and seamless. Black out curtains will help keep out the light and the cold, and reduce noise, perfect for when you can sleep in late. Off of the bedroom there is a large walk-in closet with plenty of hanging and shelf storage. Wall and door mounted hooks (10 total!) are perfect to hang coats, belts, scarfs, and more. If you find you need more hangers, just ask, and we will deliver! Bathroom features over the toilet shelving and cabinet and several hooks, deep linen closet for plenty of storage space for your personal items. Additional towels and sheets for pull-out sofa can be found here. The curved shower rod allows for additional space and light in the shower for your comfort. Wall and door mounted hooks (10 total!) provide additional storage for towels, robes, etc. One bathrobe is provided for your convenience and comfort. There is a basket for mail, glasses, wallet, and keys for your convenience located at the entrance. Here you will find a parking pass for additional guests, the pool passes (2), and mailbox key. The club house is a short walk away and offers a fitness room, outdoor pool (Memorial Day-Labor Day), and movie theater room.
