Rent includes wifi, water and a cleaning lady every other week; Not of your things 😂 Asking at first 6 months lease, but I’m looking for a long term, quiet and clean tenant, a non smoker tenant, who likes pets. I am not looking for a room mate and will not share my home or kitchen, but you can use my washer and dryer. I have 3 small and quiet pets, hope you are not allergic. This is an extremely quiet neighborhood. Mililani has 7 recreation centers with pools and tennis courts and several shopping centers within 1 mile. All of which you can use with you lease agreement and registration Rent includes WiFi, water and a cleaning lady every other week. Electricity: only what you use, over and above my normal HECO charges.
