All furnishings shown in the photos and virtual tour are included, and the kitchen is equipped with the essentials. All three bedrooms have a queen sized bed & mattress--pillows and bedding are not included. The primary suite has a walk-in closet and private bathroom for added convenience. Enjoy the privacy of a fenced-in backyard. A large dining table can also be used for work and study. High-speed internet, electric and water will be billed to tenants monthly. No Smoking. Pets will be considered on a case-by case basis. Tenant pays utilities. 6 or 12 month leases are available. All occupants over 18 and any cosigners must submit a separate application. The application fee is $50 per application. Applicants must authorize a background check to be considered. A security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent must be paid within 48 hours of lease signing, and no less than 5 business days before taking possession. There will also be a cleaning fee of $350 paid at the start of the lease.
