Utilities included except cable upstairs. Internet is included. I'm located close to 295, 130, and the NJ Tpk., and the Speedline in Burlington. I have two small non-shedding, non-yapping dogs, so no more animals are permitted. I live a quiet, drama free life and insist that it stays that way.
