This is a furnished rental PLEASE MESSAGE THE HOSTS FOR BOOKING APPROVAL The space The Loft Apartment is located on the NORTH SHORE of Oahu, inside a family oriented neighborhood. Guests have a designated driveway parking spot and self check in. There is a private deck (lanai) with 2 beach chairs, and umbrella, a cooler and 2 snorkel sets, for guests to use. The living area , kitchenette and bathroom are on the ground floor. The living area contains a futon sofa, dining table for 2 and a closet. The closet has a rack, cubbies and a suitcase stand. There is also an iron and ironing board. The kitchenette has an apartment size refrigerator, counter and sink, and cupboards. For cooking, there is hotplate, large toaster oven, electric skillet, blender toaster, pots, pans and cooking utensils. There are also plates, bowls, silverware, mugs and glasses. We provide complimentary Hawaiian coffee and a Kuerig. The full size bathroom contains a bathtub and shower. Beach towels and extra towels under the sink. A hairdryer is also located under the sink. There are complimentary bath soaps located with in. The loft has a stable ladder entrance. There are 2 beds, 1 is Queen and the other a Twin. The loft is nestled away from the living areas view. It is very private and has a romantic tropical atmosphere. Guest access We pride ourselves on our 5 star cleaning reviews. We provide a covid enhanced cleaning and have committed to paying our employees and living wage. The apartment is built with sustainable materials and powered by sustainable energy. Cork flooring provides sound privacy. The low flow bathroom sink and dual flush toilets conserve water. The hydrothermal water heater conserves energy. The ceiling fans and lights are controlled by dimmer switches. The home is powered by solar panels and partially cooled by solar attic vents. (the apartment has air conditioning) Guests have a designated parking spot inside the driveway. We advise that you do not rent a jeep, mustang or Camero. The cars do fit in the driveway parking spot but can be difficult to maneuver. Detailed self check in instructions are provided a few days prior to the reservation. Other things to note In case of an emergency, flash light and a first aide kit are located under the kitchen sink. Fire extinguishers are kept under the kitchen sink and in the loft. There are smoke and c02 detectors located in the living area and loft. We also provide our phone numbers on the refrigerator By Honolulu county ordinance I am required to post the following "this property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied." Honolulu County passed a bill banning the ADVERTISING of Short Term Rentals (less than 30 days) In the event that a guest accidentally leaves an item behind, the item will be put in a safe and secure spot and the guest will be contacted immediately. The guest may choose to have the item donated to Goodwill or shipped to them via USPS. Guests will be responsible for the shipping fee as well as an additional $20 handling fee. We respect both our guests, neighbors and property, we have set boundaries by creating House Rules. *The apartment is designed for 2 guests, a 3rd guest needs approval prior to booking. There is a $50/ nightly 3rd guest fee.* *We think that children are great. However the Loft Apartment is not suitable for children. Therefore under no circumstances are children allowed inside or to stay in the loft apartment.* *In the unfortunate circumstance that additional guests check in with out prior approval and/or additional guest payment or if guest(s) check in with a child (children) all guests can be asked to leave without a refund.* *Please do not invite visitors to the property with out prior approval from one of the hosts* *Out of respect to our neighbors, we do not allow guests to park on the street.* *We ask that guests do not handle our personal surfboards, dirt bikes and bicycles as well as our other personal items. We promise to respect your space and personal belongings as well*
