Delight in a morning brew from the Keurig coffee machine or regular brew & grinder (bring your preferred: Keurig pods, beans, or pre-ground), while basking in the glow of the morning sun at our generous island prep station and breakfast bar. Kitchen and bathroom water powered by a new, instant hot, on-demand tankless hot water. Bathroom with spa-like cedar-planked walls, cozy baseboard heat, new double sink vanity, and shower. As the day unfolds, gather in the inviting living/dining area adorned with comforts - A plush, new sectional couch and indulge in entertainment with a smart flat screen TV, equipped with a Fire Stick (Netflix and Prime Video provided). Quench your thirst with the beverage chiller bar fridge, adding a touch of luxury to your cabin stay. Step outside through French doors onto a 2nd charming deck, where a new BBQ (Propane provided) awaits, perfect for al fresco experiences amidst nature in the mountain air! Inside, keep cozy with the vintage wood fireplace (firewood provided/ bring matches), or power your comfort with the remote-controlled Heating and A/C. Venture up the open-stairs to discover the cabin sleeping loft adorned with two twin-over-full-sized bunk beds and one queen-sized bed all with new pillowtop mattresses, providing ample bed space options for a restful night's sleep. Revel in the ambiance of new wood plank flooring throughout, adding a touch of warmth to your surroundings. This pet-friendly retreat, equipped with WIFI (the fastest service available) invites you to create lasting memories in comfort. This monitored family vacation property promises an unforgettable escape to experience Mt. Baker. *WIFI Internet and streaming services access are complimentary, self-serve. The mountains have been known to have power disruptions a few times a year, and no guarantees, representations, or technical assistance is available with respect to coverage or device settings. Nightly Pricing Structure • Regular Season - $159 per night • USA Holidays and Legendary Banked Slalom (1st Week in February) - $239 per night • Christmas (Dec 15th thru 25th) - $269 per night • New Years (Dec 26th thru at least Jan 1st) - $309 per night Weekly range: $1,113 - $2,163 Monthly range: $4,452 - $8,652 Nightly Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due date.
