The Pool House is a private bungalow on the property behind my home. It features a great room folks usually set-up their bedroom/living room area. The second room has a kitchenette, bathroom and separate shower area. The floors are tile and carpet, granite countertops and basic window coverings. There is a separate gated entry way to the Pool House for private access. The neighborhood is quiet and safe (never had a problem) with good freeway access. There is a laundry area with washer and dryer. And, there is a pool with a large patio area. Everyone who has stayed at the Pool House loved it. It gives you apartment affordability, probably a little better, with complete privacy. Rent is $1,100/month, plus $250 for utilities. That is, $1,350 per month.
