Bathroom has dark custom tile around shower, custom backsplash tile, shower pebble floor, and ample closet storage. Main room and bedroom have vaulted ceilings with recessed lighting, remote control split air conditioning units, and remote control fans. Private separate entrance next to garage with secured, keyed, gated entry. Ample secure storage, and plenty of room to put kayaks, SUPs, surfboards, bikes, etc. We will consider allowing a non-aggressive pet. Pet deposit of $500 plus monthly additional pet rent of $100 will apply. Owners manage and live onsite in adjacent main house. No smokers. One parking space available on driveway. Guest parking available on grass adjacent to driveway, and across the street. Washer and dryer in a sheltered enclosure in the back of the cottage. Wireless internet included.
