Comfy beds and all the essential amenities needed to stay for a weekend, or a few months. 20 min to Randolph AFB. 16 miles to Ft Sam. Great spot for military PCS, TDY, and PIT. The guesthouse sits to the side of our main house. There are 2 bedrooms; bedroom 1 has a king bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed. There is also a pull out sofa in the living room if needed for kids. Bathroom has handicap accessible shower with grab bars in shower and by toilet. Kitchen is equipped with oven, stove, full size fridge, and all the basic kitchenware and dishes. There is a pod type coffee pot and toaster. Laundry in unit: washer and dryer, iron, ironing board. Starlink internet. The property has an automatic gate. Plenty of trees offer shade throughout the day. Parking available for 2-3 vehicles right next to front door. RV/trailer parking available as well. --------------------------------------- We have 3 dogs. They have free roam of the property and may greet you as you come and go. Our livestock guardian dog does bark, but that is her job. There are chickens and horses on the property, as well as other potential farm animals from time to time. Other amenities on site for kids include basketball goal, batting cage, and plenty of driveway space for riding bicycles and playing outside!
