Mt. Baker Rim Cabin #99 - Charming Woodsy Cabin with a hot tub, WIFI, Pet Friendly it has it all! Set back off of a quiet lane, this 2-story, 2+ bedroom, 1-bath, country family cabin is the perfect respite from city life! The 1st floor features one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a small second bedroom with 1-twin bunk, one full bath with a stack washer/dryer, and an open floor plan kitchen/dining/living area including a dishwasher, a free-standing wood stove (firewood provided) to cozy up to, plus a nice sized and new front deck featuring a gas grill and a covered hot tub! The second floor features an open loft sleeping area with 1-queen sized bed. This pet friendly (2 Pet Maximum No Exceptions) and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). PLEASE NOTE: WIFI service is now available to our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly. RATES for Cabin #99: Mt Baker Lodging offers nightly pricing which can be extended to weekly and monthly rates. Utilities are included for all reservations. Reservations are subject to local taxes and fees depending on the length of stay. In addition, there is a non-refundable exit cleaning fee of $125. Nightly Pricing Structure • Regular Season - $299 per night • USA Holidays and Legendary Banked Slalom (1st Week in February) - $329 per night • Christmas (Dec 15th thru 25th) - $359 per night • New Years (Dec 26th thru at least Jan 1st) - $499 per night Weekly range: $2,093 - $3,493 Monthly range: $8,372 - $13,972 Nightly Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due date.
