The first floor of this cozy cabin has a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a cute dining area. The welcoming living room has a Blu-Ray player and CD player with surround sound, and a free-standing gas stove. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer. Outside is a private outdoor hot tub, the front deck has propane heaters for your enjoyment. There`s one bedroom on the main floor with one queen size bed. Upstairs is an open loft with a Blu-Ray player, one king bed, and two twin beds. Now has WIFI, Blu-Ray, and unlimited long distance in the Continental U.S. The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, nature viewing, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round! RATES for Cabin #98: Mt Baker Lodging offers nightly pricing which can be extended to weekly and monthly rates. Utilities are included for all reservations. Reservations are subject to local taxes and fees depending on the length of stay. In addition, there is a non-refundable exit cleaning fee of $150. Nightly Pricing Structure • Regular Season - $279 per night • USA Holidays and Legendary Banked Slalom (1st Week in February) - $309 per night • Christmas (Dec 15th thru 25th) - $339 per night • New Years (Dec 26th thru at least Jan 1st) - $469 per night Weekly range: $1,953 - $3,283 Monthly range: $7,812 - $13,132 Nightly Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due date.
