Mt. Baker Rim Cabin #44 - A COZY RUSTIC CABIN WITH MODERN CHARM, NOW WITH WIFI and a Portable Air Conditioner! This cozy 2-story 2+ bedroom 2-bath cedar cabin has everything that you need...and then some! The 1st floor features an open living/dining area with a wood burning fireplace (firewood not provided), a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with 2-sets of bunk beds, a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer, and a 1/2-bath. The 2nd floor features one bedroom with 1-full size bed, an open loft and a 3/4-bath. Right outside the back French doors is a nice deck with a gas grill and a private outdoor hot tub! This pet-friendly vacation property will sleep 6 persons! (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). PLEASE NOTE: WIFI service is now available to our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly. RATES for Cabin #44: Mt Baker Lodging offers nightly pricing which can be extended to weekly and monthly rates. Utilities are included for all reservations. Reservations are subject to local taxes and fees depending on the length of stay. In addition, there is a non-refundable exit cleaning fee of $125. Nightly Pricing Structure • Regular Season - $259 per night • USA Holidays and Legendary Banked Slalom (1st Week in February) $279 per night • Christmas (Dec 15th thru 25th) - $329 per night • New Years (Dec 26th thru at least Jan 1st) - $399 per night Weekly range: $1,813 - $2,793 Monthly range: $7,252 - $11,172 Nightly Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due date.
