My home is a beautifully restored 1923 craftsman style bungalow located in the most coveted pocket neighborhood of North Park, San Diego. It is located just 1 mile from Naval Balboa Medical Center, 7 miles from Coronado, less than 5 miles from Point Loma.
This area of North Park is filled with single family homes and many are part of the Historic Register. I am in a quiet low density region. A wonderful highlight: only a half a block from my home is Morley Field. The Morley Field Park Complex is a multi sport park with plentiful park space, picnic areas and hiking trails, a dog park, a frisbee golf course, an archery course, the Bud Kearns public swim club, the Balboa Tennis Club, many active ball fields, bocce ball courts, play grounds and a velodrome.
