The exterior includes a large 2-tier deck with an outdoor gas grill and a private hot tub. The 1st floor lower area bedroom/game room has a queen bed along with a ping pong table. The main floor interior floor plan includes a combination laundry room and 3/4-bath, a cozy living room with a freestanding gas fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen/dining area, one bedroom with 1-queen bed and a gas built-in fireplace, and one full bath. The 2nd floor loft/living area includes a queen futon, a DVD-VCR/monitor and a walk-out balcony, one bedroom with 1-queen size bed, and a 3/4-bath En suite. This vacation property will sleep 6 to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, nature viewing, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round! Having said this, intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly. Reservations are subject to local taxes and fees depending on the length of stay. In addition, there is a non-refundable exit cleaning fee of $175. Nightly Pricing Structure • Regular Season - $279 per night • USA Holidays and Legendary Banked Slalom (1st Week in February) $299 per night • Christmas (Dec 15th thru 25th) - $349 per night • New Years (Dec 26th thru at least Jan 1st) - $399 per night Weekly range: $1,953 - $2,793 Monthly range: $7,812 - $11,172 Nightly Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due date.
