This cozy cottage is at the end of a family-friendly street, centrally located near downtown Fayetteville and Cross Creek mall, and only 15 minutes from Fort Bragg/Liberty. All utilities and wifi are included. It is fully furnished with a queen bedroom, full bedroom, extra bed linens and pillows, washer/dryer, bath and hand towels, washcloths, and fully equipped kitchen with towels, utensils, dishes and appliances. The third bedroom is set up as an office and has a single size fold out cot. It can be converted to a third bedroom for an additional one-time fee. There is a lockable storage shed in the backyard available for tenant use also with an additional one-time fee. Small amounts of toiletries, cleaning supplies, laundry and dishwasher detergent are supplied upon check in, and tenants are responsible for replenishing these as needed throughout their stay.
