Prices depend on length of stay and holidays etc. Microwave, Stove/Oven, Dishwasher and Clothes washer and dryer are all in the unit. There are 2 HD Smart TVs and high speed internet service is provided.There is also a Foosball Table for added fun. The Train House is located in a quiet section of downtown Milton, very close to Whiting Field. Just a few blocks to Beardless Brewery and Prost Office Brewery, Blackwater Bistro Bar and Restaurant, Boomerang Pizzeria. the Imogene Theater and much more. Nearby in the downtown district is a riverwalk area on the Blackwater River, Veterans Memorial Park, and the Blackwater Heritage Trail ( a 9.6 mile paved trail for walking, bikes, and more that goes from Tar Plant Road to the Naval Air Station Whiting Field entrance gate). We call this the Train House because the property also backs up to the historical Milton Train station and museum. Milton is full of Historical places. A Butterfly house is a few blocks away as well and worth a visit. Enjoy the private back yard with a covered deck area and a fenced in yard. There is also a carport and newer HVAC system.
