This newly constructed 3-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath cabin includes a ductless heat and air conditioning system so that you can say goodbye to damp and chilly winter nights as well as hot and stuffy summer nights! As you step inside the main floor, you’ll discover a large L-shaped mudroom with plenty of room for outdoor gear storage, along with a laundry cubby that features a stack washer and dryer…very convenient! Proceeding further, there’s a large open and airy kitchen, dining, and living space featuring higher-end stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and a built-in microwave. There’s also an island prep station/breakfast bar with two bar stools, a large dining table with six chairs, (for poker night, of course!) accompanied by a comfy couch and two lounging chairs for relaxing by the gas fireplace. The main floor also features one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and ample closet storage space, a second bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and abundant closet storage, and one full bath. Doors off of the living/dining area leads to a generous sized balcony with a covered gas grill…cause its always grillin’ season! Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a spacious loft bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and 2-twin sized beds, plus a tiled ¾-bath ensuite. Descending the staircases to the bottom floor reveals a very large family room with a comfy sectional couch, and a large flat screen monitor with a Wii game console for family fun time! Plus…just outside is a covered outdoor Hot Tub. Don’t forget Fido! This pet-friendly (2-pet maximum, no exceptions) WIFI* equipped, and monitored family vacation property will comfortably sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). Glacier, WA is encompassed with the Mount Baker Recreation Area which is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don’t forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round! Reservations are subject to local taxes and fees depending on the length of stay. In addition, there is a non-refundable exit cleaning fee of $225.00. Nightly Pricing Structure • Regular Season - $299 per night • USA Holidays and Legendary Banked Slalom (1st Week in February) - $339 per night • Christmas (Dec 15th thru 25th) - $389 per night • New Years (Dec 26th thru at least Jan 1st) - $439 per night Weekly range: $2,093 - $3,073 Monthly range: $8,372 - $12,292 Nightly Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due date.
