Some furniture and items can remain at this house if the tenant would like to use it, such as a desk and some pantry cabinets in the kitchen. The landlord has a pest control contract on the home. Tenant is responsible for routine lawn mowing, and power washing of the sidewalk (once per year), but if not able or wanting to do so, an additional $60 per month fee (to be included in the rent) will cover these tasks. A dog, or up to 2 dogs (house-broken, well-behaved and non-vicious), are permitted with a $500 fee ($200 non-refundable, and $300 refundable if no damage).
