We are searching for a military family to occupy our beautiful home year around beginning June 2024. We are located in Erma close to the Cape May Airport, about 15 minutes from base. It has 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms as well as 2 bonus rooms, an oversized living room and a brand new kitchen. Outside includes a 2.5 stall garage, established garden and berry patch, and fenced in yard. Utilities are very cheap. Pets permitted on a conditional basis. Monthly rent is $2,700 with first month and security deposit due at signing. Must be able to pass a background check.
