3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms with open kitchen/living room space on a larger lot with a fully fenced yard and rolling driveway gate. Home is 5 minutes from the beach and Pililaau Army Recreation Center. There is a detached shed that can be used for storage or tools and behind the house is a coral rock patio with a enclosed gazebo on top. 2 car carport. 1 bedroom has an attached bathroom, it is smaller with a stand up shower only. Main bathroom is a tub/shower combo. Washer and Dryer hookups are outside, we will not be providing a washer and dryer but can leave the ones we currently have, just know if they break we will not be replacing. Brand new dishwasher installed this month. Air conditioning throughout house (in ceiling, called cassette mini-split AC), each room has its own control panel (besides the bathrooms) so you can choose where you want to run A/C saving you money on electricity cost. Landscaping will need to be done by tenant, there is no sprinkler system so watering the grass will be needed as well. Water bill averages monthly $120.00 with two people, an occasional guest, and frequent watering of the yard. House has a cesspool that saves on costs for water.
