The living area features two sofa beds, offering extra sleeping accommodations for larger groups. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area are ideal for preparing and enjoying meals together. Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with cozy queen-sized beds to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Location Located in the peaceful community of Mililani, our triplex is a great base for exploring the island of Oahu. Nearby, you’ll find shops, restaurants, and parks, with beautiful beaches, hiking trails, and the vibrant city of Honolulu just a short drive away. Guest access - Guests have exclusive access to their unit and shared access to the backyard. 🚗 Parking is available on the right-side of the front driveway, or street parking as available. 📌 Entry to this particular unit is located through the white gate on the left-side of the house. Continue along the path, and you will find the first door on the ground to your right. 🔑 For your convenience, we have a key-less entry system. Please use the code provided to access the property during your stay. If you have any questions about access, please contact us and we will promptly assist you. Other things to note 🐾 We offer a pet-friendly environment. We allow a maximum of 3 pets, up to 40 pounds each. A $100 fee for the first pet, and $75 for any additional pets. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. Pets must be well-behaved and not to disturb other guest or neighbors. Do not leave pets unattended unless they are in a secure crate. Please clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors. Additional cleaning fees may be charged. 📺 The televisions are operated with Roku and other streaming apps; kindly log in with your personal account details. 📌 Please note that Hawaii is a tropical environment, and critters live amongst the city and the community areas. All of our units are treated with quarterly pest services. However, the sighting of occasional bugs is not un-common. To avoid such occurrences, please keep all windows and doors closed when not in use. 📌 Additionally, please note that it is important to avoid the occurrence of mold. To avoid this, please leave the door to the washing machine open to dry out after each use, as well as bathroom doors or windows after heavy usage. 📌 There are three units at this location, and the driveway may need to be carefully navigated upon multiple occupied spaces. 📌 Additionally, the outdoor spaces are shared and available for all to use.
