There is also a built in storage in in hallway. The back patio is perfect for grilling out or relaxing around the gas fueled firepit. From the house you have al lthe essentials you could need within a one-mile walking distance: groceries, parks, post office, restaurants, shops. Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Open Space and Sonderman Park within 2 miles. Colorado College, Downtown, Mantiou Springs, and the Broadmoor is a 5-10 minute drive. The owner is responsible for utilities. Utlities include: water, sewer, electrical, gas, internet, local TV channels (Roku TVs where renters sign into their preferred apps for viewing. If renters enjoy gardening, they are welcome to engage with the land. **Second dwelling on premise** The basement is a converted mother-in-law suite with a seperate entrance and is locked off from the main house.
