This home has been completely renovated with brand new kitchen & all new baths. All new appliances (Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washer, and Dryer) On the main level, you have a living room, dining room, kitchen, dedicated workspace, full size stackable washer & dryer, coat closet, utility closet. You have all your basic supplies provided including a shark cordless vacuum, swiffer mop, broom & dust pan. The upper level features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and linen closet. Primary Bedroom The primary bedroom has a queen size bed with 2 closets and an ensuite bath, full size dresser, 2 nightstands, extra chair. Bedroom #2 Full Sized Bed, Dresser, night stand Bedroom #3 Twin Day Bed with Twin Trundle Bed, Dresser, Nightstand No Smoking This is a non-smoking property. Any evidence of smoking inside the premises or in unauthorized areas will result in an automatic $500 fine. In addition, the renter will be responsible for any and all charges caused by smoke damage and odor. No Drug Use Tenant and any members of tenant's household, tenant's guests or other persons under tenant's control shall not engage in or permit any illegal drug-related activity on or near the premises. Any violation of this provision will result in termination of tenancy and eviction in accordance with applicable law. Maintenance Requests All maintenance or issues with the property shall be communicated directly to the Co-Host via text or phone call. No Parties or Events Allowed Keys One mail key will be provided to renter. An electronic code will be provided for access. Tenants shall not make any copy of the keys to the property without consent from property manager/co-host. Pets Pets will be allowed on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by the Co-Host/Owner. A $100 per pet fee will be charged per stay. A maximum of 2 pets will be allowed.
