The first floor features an open living/dining/kitchen area with a dishwasher, a built-in microwave oven, a French door refrigerator, an island workstation/breakfast bar, a dining table, an electric reclining couch and loveseat, a freestanding gas fireplace to cozy up to, a large flat screen monitor, one bedroom with 1-full sized bed, one full bath complete with a jetted tub, plus outside access to a covered front porch perfect for relaxing with your favorite beverage, and access to a large platform deck with a gas grill through the rear entrance...perfect for picnicking and entertaining! Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals one bedroom with 1-king sized bed, a second bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, and a third bedroom with 1-full size bed, plus another full bath. Do not forget Fido. This WIFI equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). Glacier, WA is encompassed with the Mount Baker Recreation Area which is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing and golf. Nightly Pricing Structure • Regular Season - $229 per night • USA Holidays and Legendary Banked Slalom (1st Week in February) $409 per night • Christmas (Dec 15th thru 25th) - $439 per night • New Years (Dec 26th thru at least Jan 1st) - $509 per night Weekly range: $1,603 - $3,563 Monthly range: $6,412 - $14,252 Nightly Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due date.
