The house is well insulated, with double glazed windows and a new (2023) efficient AC/ heat pump and Nest thermostat, along with ceiling fans in all the bedrooms as well as most of the rooms downstairs. Electricity bills vary from $60-250/ month depending on time of year and the thermostat settings, water bills are $45-50/ month and trash/ recycling is around $25/ month (Tiger Sanitation).
