A portable gas-powered emergency electrical generator, two (2) five (5) gallon gas containers and electrical extension cords are provided for emergencies such as a hurricane if the solar panels and the backup batteries are damaged. The tenant is responsible for replacing the gas and engine oil as needed.

Granada Estates is a quiet neighborhood with an active Neighborhood Watch Program of concerned citizens. It is close to several schools and the Homestead Air Force Reserve Base.
Rent payment of $3,750.00 per month is required by Automatic Clearing House (ACH), Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), or allotment. Monthly automatic payments must remain in place for the duration of the lease unless both parties agree to amend it. The first month's rent of $3,750.00 and the security deposit of $3,750.00, a total of $7,500.00 is paid in cash, a cashier's check, money order, or Zelle is required at lease signing before occupancy. A cleaning fee of $1,000.00 will be deducted from the deposit if the property is not left in an acceptable condition as determined at the sole discretion of the owner/landlord.
The rent will NOT change for the entire lease period; however, the lease MUST be renewed annually.
