I am a Fire Fighter Paramedic, So I am gone usually 48 hours or more at a time, so you will have the entire house to yourself, and then 48 hours back at home usually. When I am home I usually have my Daughters who are 8 and 11 they are good kids and have their own rooms upstairs at the house and shouldn't cause any problems unless you hate kids but they are also not here half the time. I have 3 little tortoises that are in a cage that shouldn't cause you any concern they are self sufficient and eat lettuce every few days. I haven't rented my home before so Im a little nervous about it but Im sure this can be great I am easy going I like to golf, I like pretty much all sports but love football. This is a very safe gated neighborhood, nice friendly neighbors. Lots of hiking trails around, golf. Community swimming pool and spa. I dont drink alcohol but fine if you do. No smoking or drugs.
