Any lease shorter than 90 days is subject to Transient Taxes from the State of Hawaii and County of Honolulu. all leases subject to GE tax, 3-6 month Lease is $7000 per month this includes utilities (electricity, water) and wifi. 12 Month+ lease $6,500 utilities not included (can include them if desired for extra charge).
