This is a cozy room with windows to the South and West a block from the water. It is furnished but could be more or less furnished depending on your preference. It has a closet and shares a bathroom. The house is 8 minutes from Sunset Bay and has plenty of room to store sporting equipment in the large shop with many tools to which you will have access. We are animal lovers with a large dog, 2 cats, and room for a well contained pet of your own should you have one. There is a grill, a smoker, composter, squat rack, media room, music room, and garden space available for anyone who knows how to use these or wants to learn. This is not a place for open intoxication nor smoke of any kind inside the house for health reasons. We are an all female house at the moment but open to other genders. Utilities (water, sewer, trash, electric, wifi) are included in the rent. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am. As a household, we value privacy, good will, kindness, and personal accountability.
