Looking for roommates to share my spacious home in a gated community. Built in 2017, this house offers amenities like a pool, jacuzzi, and walking trails. Recently fully renovated, it feels like a brand-new home with new luxury flooring, fresh paint, beautiful quartz countertops, and all-new furniture. The house has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and is fully furnished. Rent is $1,300 bills included (water, trash, gas & electricity) and access to a washer and dryer. The available room is on the second floor with a shared bathroom. Details: Location: Near many restaurants and shopping centers. It’s only 15 minutes from Marian Regional Medical Center, 10 minutes from Allan Hancock College, and 22 minutes from Vandenberg Air Space Base. Parking: The home is in a gated community. Limited parking is available inside, but most residents park just outside the gate (about a block and a half away). If you’d like to park in the driveway, it’s available for an extra $100/month. We are selective about our roommates and maintain a peaceful environment with strict rules—no drinking, smoking, parties, overnight guests, or pets allowed.
