Second floor has two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The primary bedroom has two walk in closets. The second bedroom has two smaller rooms off of it that can be used as offices or storage spaces. Basement has a separate entrance, kitchenette, bedroom, living room, laundry room, full bathroom. A portion of the basement left unfinished for utilities, storage, and tools. - The house sits well above Monroe Street, and there is a large front porch with a great porch swing and room for additional furniture .Parking for two vehicldes in the backyard and the parking pad is level with the back lawn and rear entrance, which makes life easy when you need to load / unload things from the car.
