Utilities is not a set amount as it is split evenly among the adult tenants. Utilities is NORMALLY around 150$-180$ a month per person.
DISCLAIMER: Please be able to pay up to 250$ for utilities as it varies based on what’s used and time of year.
There is a “deposit”, you will need to pay last months rent upon move in as well as the first months. Security deposit is an extra month's rent to be held during the term of the lease and refunded upon successful move out.
There is a background check, as well as an income check.
Quick House Rules/Expectations:
The living room, kitchen, and dining room are fully furnished as pictured. They are, of course, available for use just please respect and treat the furniture/ house as if they were yours.
The house is already fully furnished and kept cleaned. Because of this we ask any furniture you bring is kept in your room or stored away, and that you clean up after yourself as well so we can keep our house/common areas tidy. Common areas are kept clean by shared chores done weekly.
Besides sharing dishes and kitchen appliances when asked we do not share items/groceries. We do split the cost for things like dish soap, paper towels, etc. If you’d like to share! Otherwise you are on your own for the rest.
Smoking/vaping and drug use of any kind is not permitted on the property.
About the roomies:
We are the roommates,
Jestyn (25) Student
Adrian (29), government contractor.
Walter (39), military officer.
We have our own lives and jobs but we are all friendly and we do hangout and socialize together from time to time.
Landlord maintains a domicile in the master suite and lives full time at the house. He is in the military and CANNOT rent or cohabitate with Enlisted military members.
