In the summer you can compete with the bears in a raspberry patch in the front yard :-) and play in the small green house attached to the deck. A nice private space to get away from the city and enjoy a bit of the real Alaska! This is a non-smoking, friendly neighborhood. If you enjoy being part of a community and are not a party animal, it is a great spot to call home!
